ALL SALES FINAL. NO REFUNDS.
Q: How do I get my tickets?
A: Once you complete your ticket order, an email is sent to you almost immediately with a pdf attachment. Simply print out the pdf and bring it with you. Tickets are not mailed via postal service.
Q: Now that I have my tickets, what do I do?
A: Your ticket must be exchanged for an event ticket when you arrive. We will scan your ticket to make sure it is valid and then simply exchange it for whichever admission ticket you brought.
Q: I bought a Limited Access Pit Pass. Where do I get my actual pass?
A: When you buy a "Limited Access Pit Pass" in addition to an admission ticket, they will be separate pages in your email attachment. You will retain the limited access pit pass when you go through the general admission gate. Bring it to the Event Center on Saturday morning and we will hook you up with your pit entrance pass. While the pits do not open until 9:00am, we start giving out the passes at 7:30am.
Q: We bought a Saturday only ticket but now want to come for Friday-Saturday. What do we do?
A: That's actually an easy one. Just bring the tickets you bought with you. You will simply owe the difference between the price of the ticket you bought (not including ticket fees) and the price of the ticket when you arrive.
Q: Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
A: You must either bring the printed ticket or have access to the PDF on your smartphone.
Q: What is the refund policy?
A: All ticket sales are final and tickets are non-refundable.
Q: The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
A: That's fine. We know plans change!!
Q: Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
A: The event is open to all ages. Entrance into the pits, however, requires that those under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. All minor amateur racers must also be accompanied by a parent in order to race or need to contact us in advance to learn about alternate entry options.
Q: What can/can't I bring to the event?
A: While you are welcome to bring a cooler, we do not allow glass bottles/containers of any kind or alcohol to be brought trackside. NO PETS are allowed on Pro National day unless it is an ADA service dog and marked as such. Blankets and lawn chairs are fine but don't bog yourself down as you will want to be able to move around. Cameras are allowed for personal use. No remote controlled aircraft of any type, including drones are allowed. Motorized wheelchairs are fine but golf carts, mules, or other pit vehicles need to be left home. Please see our website for a complete listing of prohibited items.
Q: Do you have a handicapped viewing area?
A: Yes, there is a deck off the front of the bleachers for wheelchairs. You may have one guest with you on the deck.
Q: What time do the gates open?
A: Gates open to spectators at 7am on Friday; 6am on Saturday; and 7am on Sunday.
Q: Do you charge for parking on Saturday?
A: Not at this time
Q: Do you have an ATM on-site?
Q: Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?
A: Email email@example.com or by phone 607-965-8450. On Pro National weekend, beginning August 10th, we have restricted access to email.
Plenty of other motocross tracks have been around for a long time, but Unadilla holds a special spot in the motocross archives. It jumped to the forefront of American racing by hosting huge international events back when the Europeans dominated the sport and the Americans were just starting to learn—and it has stayed at the pinnacle with a round of Lucas Oil Pro Motocross for several decades.
Thanks to this, you can find a photo of every major motocross star ever racing at Unadilla. And while the facility has gone through several recent renovations and upgrades, and has added several spectacular new obstacles, the heart of Unadilla comes from its own natural terrain. The lay of the land offers up wide, flowing lines, big hills and massive jumps, many carved out by mother nature instead of a bulldozer.
Whether it’s the 1970s or today, the fans at Unadilla know when they’re seeing pure motocross. It’s a track that’s shown them the full spectrum of the sport, from spectacular, historic wins, to heartbreaking losses. At Unadilla, history is made every year.
